By accessing or using Explaina ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Explaina is a platform that allows users to create, publish, and share interactive explanations and demos. The Service includes a web-based editor, public demo pages, embeddable widgets, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Explaina cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By publishing content, you grant Explaina a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You may delete your content at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: upload malicious content, violate intellectual property rights, harass other users, distribute spam, or engage in any illegal activity.

6. Remixing

Published demos may be remixed (forked) by other users. Remixed demos are attributed to the original creator. If you do not wish your demos to be remixed, you may keep them unpublished or set them to private (Pro plan).

7. Termination

Explaina reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Explaina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
